Delivery Terms & Conditions

We use Royal Mail First Class post for smaller items and Home Delivery Network, DHL and UPS for larger items or next day delivery.  

We keep charges to a minimum by only charging by weight/size so please check your Shopping Cart for total delivery charges.

If you place your order before 12 noon, we will process and despatch your order the same day. We use Royal Mail First Class post for most items. Royal Mail endeavour to provide next day delivery for first class post, including Saturdays.  

If you wish for Guaranteed Next Day delivery, we will send your order by a guaranteed service at extra cost.  This service does not include Saturdays.  If you order your product on Friday, next day means Tuesday for most services.

Please contact us if you need more details of the particular expected delivery times for your order.  Estimated delivery times are not contractual.

If your delivery is a made to order item, or for something we don't stock and the delivery time is different from what is stated, we'll do our best to keep you informed of when you'll receive your order.

Pick Up From Clinic

If you would like to pick up your product from the clinic please enter the Voucher Code: PICKUP at the Shopping Cart/Checkout.

Returns

Cost of returning unwanted items is the customer's responsibility.
