Dispatch: On receipt of your payment, we will begin to process your order. As your item will be customised and personalised to your own specification please allow up to 14 days for receipt. In some cases your order may take a little longer to arrive - particularly if you have requested a specially commissioned shirt, in which case we will notify you by email - please ensure that you let us have your email details.

Refunds/Concerns: Due to the highly personalised nature of some of our shirts we do not normally accept returns. However, if for any reason you should receive your order and it is defective in some way, we request that you first contact us via email with your concerns. We are always happy to be of help and our priority is to ensure that you have a positive experience with us, and feel confident to shop with us again in the future. Problems are addressed by us quickly and if, in the event of an item being defective, and a refund is required, this shall be issued to you with no fuss and no delay.

Items that are defective may be returned to us within 21 days of receipt after you have received approval from us by email . Buyers remorse is not an acceptable reason for return. A refund for the full price paid including initial postage costs will be issued to the customer on return of purchase. Purchasing from our website is an acceptance of the above conditions.
