Q. Why are some of your items showing as out of stock?
A. This is due to the fact that our shirts are so popular that we've temporarily runb out of stock, but rest assured, they will be back soon. Check back with us in a couple of weeks. We are currently able to supply a munber of Premier League team shirts and some local area shirts and we are also giving you the opportunity to view our other designs and hope that you will give us your feedback in the meantime.
Q. Can I pre-order one or more of your shirts?
A. Certainly! If you drop us a line at info@mits-online.co.uk we will be happy to reserve the shirt or shirts of your choice.
Q. Why are there no official logos or sponsors on your shirts?
A. As explained elsewhere on our site, this is due to copyright restrictions. However, all shirts supplied by us will have a customised team logo included.
Q. Can I pay by cheque or postal order?
A. Yes. They should be made payable to MiTeamShirts and posted to our address at 29 St Joseph's Place, Chorley, PR6 0NE.
Please allow an extra 5 days for your cheque to clear in addition to the normal dispatch times quoted elsewhere on this site. You can also make payment direct to our bank account number 20096992 Sort Code 60-24-77 for account of MiTeamShirts in which case please write your name or invoice number on the payment slip as a reference.
You can also pay us by Paypal, but this costs us money so we prefer payment by cheque or direct payment from your bank to our bank. This helps us to keep our admin costs down and we can pass these savings onto you the customer.
Q. You don't appear to have MY favourite team on your site. Can you please supply me with a shirt for ANY club?
A. Certainly! Just tell us which club you are interested in and we will design it for you. We will send you a copy of the design for your approval before you commit to ordering it from us.
Q. Do you give any discount for multiple orders and can I order a number of different shirt designs within that order?
A. Yes we do and yes you can. Every time you place an order direct from our website, your purchase will earn you points. Collect 400 points and you will be able to claim a HUGE discount off your order!
If you are ordering from stock then you can choose any shirts you wish.
Q. What is Dye Sublimation and how does it work?

Q. When will my order be dispatched?
A. If your item is in stock we will aim to dispatch within 24 hours. However, if your item is to be customised and personalised to your own specification please allow up to 14 days for receipt. In some cases your order may take a little longer to arrive - particularly if you have requested a specially commissioned shirt, in which case we will notify you by email - please ensure that you let us have your email details.
Q. What if I am not happy with my order? Can I send the goods back to you for a refund?
A. Due to the highly personalised nature of some of our shirts we do not normally accept returns. However, if for any reason you should receive your order and it is defective in some way, we request that you first contact us via email with your concerns within 7 days of receipt. We are always happy to be of help and our priority is to ensure that you have a positive experience with us, and feel confident to shop with us again in the future. Problems are addressed by us quickly and if, in the event of an item being defective, and a refund is required, this shall be issued to you with no fuss and no delay and no later than 30 days from request.
Items that are defective may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt after you have received approval from us by email . Buyers remorse is not an acceptable reason for return. A refund for the full price paid including initial postage costs will be issued to the customer on return of purchase. Purchasing from our website is an acceptance of the above conditions.
Q. What do you do with my personal information?
A. Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling your order. All photos on our site are published with the full permission of the subjects. We will NOT pass on your personal details to anyone else.
