Orders received or cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be treated as having been received on the following working day. Guarantees The Flower Shop guarantee the flowers for seven days from despatch date providing our flower care instructions have been followed. As flowers are a perishable item we will hold the right to substitute due to quality or seasonal availability. If you are unsure if your delivery address is covered please call our florist who will be pleased to help. Orders can be recieved up until 10.00am for sameday delivery,after this time please call our florist. Deliveries to listed areas are available Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver Sundays or Bank Holidays (Except Mothers Day).
